Hi,
When trying to drag & drop a file the following message appears:-
Error uploading file to server
IOHandler is not valid
The server is remote and not part our domain.
A https url is being used in the form of "https://xxxx-yyyy.ssi.co.uk/"
set up via a third party secure reverse proxy package.
Adding files to a record via the file management option is fine.

If you could provide detailed logs and information on all software used (proxy manufacturer, settings, etc) we could look at it, but with the information you provided it would be quite difficult to do so.
The drag & drop component (web) attempts to make a direct connection to the Dv Web Server address. We will likely not be able to support proxies for drag & drop in the current implementation.
It is something we will be looking at doing for Dv 2011 - i.e. the next major release. |
