In v11.877 we have run into an issue where we create a template for a workflow and are having issues getting to information which is added/updated in the system after the fact.

After the template is created, we cannot access any users who are added to DvTDM for assigning to the particular workflow. Moreover, if a user's email address is not correct, the corrected address will not receive notifications unless the entire template is recreated from scratch.

Is there a setting which we are missing, or a trick to getting this information from the standard DvTDM Workflow interface?

I have made a few observations regarding Workflow templates in Dv2010.

For non-Adhoc mode:
You can select users who are added after a workflow template is created, but you cannot add/edit an email address for a user after the template is created. The email address must be correct when the user is first added to a template to be accurate.

Adhoc mode:
If a user is added after the workflow is set to a record, the user is selectable from the user list, but the email address will show up as blank. You must remove the workflow from the record and reassign it to pick a newly added user for a node

The Dv TDM 2010 Workflow engine will always read the current user email address from the User's details before sending out a notification email.

This is inconsistent with your comments above, so we would like some details on what you are doing to reproduce this.

Specifically, where / why do you need to add/edit the user's email address inside the Workflow dialogs?
