We have setup a guest account for people to upload screenshots, log files, macros, etc. Since the forums do not allow file uploads, you can use FileZilla or any other FTP client to connect and upload files to:

202.6.138.250
ppguest
ppguest

After upload of a file, you can add a link to it in the forum using the following URL:

http://intranet.practicalprograms.com/Files/pp_intranet/guest/[filename]

e.g.
http://intranet.practicalprograms.com/Files/pp_intranet/guest/Practical%20Programs%20FTP%20guest%20account.png
